Summer is here! The end of the school year was jam packed. Brielle competed in her first Level 10 Regional Championship in April and had a great meet hitting all 4 events. After regionals she also was working hard in school studying for exams, was in the Spring Musical "Thoroughly Modern Millie", celebrated turning Sweet Sixteen, and ended her school year again on honor roll. She also participated in two very important walks....Megan's Walk for Cystic Fibrosis and Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society! Now that summer is here she's already been to youthgroup camp and is back in the gym working on her skills for the new season. She just received her new floor routine which she is very excited about!

This has been Brielle's busiest year so far. Brielle has had a good first competitive season as a Level 10. She qualified for 3 event finals in the East Coast Classic Meet, and just competed in the VA State Championships this past weekend where she ended up 6th on Bars & Floor and qualified for the Level 10 Regional Championships! She's also been working very hard in school remaining on honor roll, working with her fellow Keyettes members to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis, she auditioned for and got a part in the school's spring Musical, and was nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Collegiate Success.

Brielle has had quite a full schedule since the start of this school year! She's settled into her sophmore year and the new workload that comes along with it. She also auditioned for and got the part of "Puck" in her school's production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream". Mixed right in with all of that, the Apex team recently had their in house season opener meet where Brielle competed and qualified for the Level 10 State Championships!

Summer has been busy! Brielle has already attended a camp with her YouthGroup, and in gym she is working on new skills and getting ready for her 1st year competing Level 10. Check back soon for more updates!
